HerEdge respects your privacy and handles your information carefully and transparently.

This notice applies to the HerEdge portal and to all HerEdge digital tools, products, and services, including the Authority Diagnostic, the App Idea Engine, and future HerEdge tools.

Information We Collect

Depending on the product or tool you use, we may collect:

• your name and email address
• payment and transaction information
• responses submitted through diagnostics and tools
• inputs submitted to the App Idea Engine and other HerEdge tools
• uploaded screenshots, files, documents, or reference materials
• technical information such as browser type, device information, and IP address
• analytics data used to improve the experience

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. HerEdge does not store full card details.

How Information Is Used

• deliver purchased products, tools, and services
• generate outputs inside HerEdge tools

• send product updates or marketing emails where consent has been provided

We do not sell your personal information.

AI Processing

Some HerEdge tools use AI models, including third-party AI providers, to generate outputs from the information you submit.

Inputs submitted within HerEdge tools may be processed by these providers solely to generate the requested outputs. Inputs are processed only to generate the requested outputs and are not intentionally used by HerEdge to train public AI models.

Please avoid submitting confidential, financial, medical, or highly sensitive personal information unless specifically required.

Uploaded Screenshots, Files & Content

Some tools may allow you to upload screenshots, documents, brand materials, or reference files.

These materials are used only to generate the requested outputs or functionality within the tool.

Where stated on the product page, uploads may be processed only during the active session and may not be retained after completion.

Please avoid uploading confidential, financial, medical, or highly sensitive personal information unless specifically required.

What Is Temporarily Processed vs. Stored

Temporarily processed: inputs, uploaded files, and AI prompts used to generate outputs during an active session. These are not retained beyond what is required to deliver the output, unless the tool explicitly states otherwise.

Stored: your name and email address, purchase records, access entitlements, and any outputs or responses associated with your account where the tool is designed to let you return to them.

Not stored: full payment card details, and any content processed only in-session by tools that do not retain inputs.

Email-Based Access Links

Access to some HerEdge tools is delivered via secure email-based links. These links are tied to your email address and grant access to the purchased tool or content.

Please keep access links private. If you believe a link has been shared or compromised, contact HerEdge at heredge.ai@gmail.com to reissue access.

Marketing Emails

If you choose to receive updates or marketing emails from HerEdge, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to purchase products.

Cookies, Session Storage & Analytics

HerEdge uses cookies, similar technologies, and session storage to support essential site functionality, maintain active sessions inside tools, understand site usage, and improve performance.

HerEdge may use trusted third-party providers including:
