By accessing or purchasing from HerEdge, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Use apply to the HerEdge portal and to all HerEdge digital tools, products, and services, including the Authority Diagnostic, the App Idea Engine, and any future HerEdge tools or services introduced over time.

Digital Products & Tools

HerEdge products are digital products and tools delivered online.

No physical products are shipped.

Access methods may include:

• browser-based tools and diagnostics
• downloadable files
• email delivery and email-based access links
• portal access

Access may be granted on a one-time, time-limited, or ongoing basis, as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Where a product is described as offering “lifetime access” (for example, the App Idea Engine), this means access for the operational lifetime of the product or service — for as long as HerEdge continues to operate and support that tool. It does not guarantee perpetual availability if a tool is retired, replaced, or discontinued. Where reasonably possible, HerEdge will give notice before retiring a tool and may offer an alternative, an export, or a transition path. Time-limited products (such as the Authority Diagnostic) remain accessible for the period stated at purchase; results stay associated with your account, and where access has expired you may contact support to discuss reactivation.

AI-Assisted Outputs

Some HerEdge tools use AI models, including third-party AI providers, to generate written outputs, suggestions, structures, or recommendations based on information you submit.

AI-assisted outputs are intended to support strategic thinking, positioning, marketing, and idea development. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

Outputs may vary between sessions, may contain errors, and should be reviewed before being used, published, or relied upon.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the portal, tools, or services
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• submit content you do not have the right to use
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with functionality
• use HerEdge tools to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful
• copy, scrape, or exploit the system unfairly
• share paid access with others

HerEdge reserves the right to restrict or remove access where misuse occurs.

Intellectual Property

All HerEdge materials, frameworks, methodologies, copy, prompts, systems, visuals, interfaces, and underlying tooling remain the intellectual property of HerEdge unless otherwise stated.

Products and tools are licensed for individual use only.

You may not:

• resell products or tool access
• redistribute materials or outputs as your own product
• reproduce HerEdge frameworks or systems commercially
• share paid access with others

Outputs generated specifically for you from your own inputs may be used for your own business purposes, subject to the acceptable use terms above.

No Guarantee of Results

HerEdge tools generate informational and creative outputs based on the information submitted.

HerEdge does not guarantee:

• business results
• revenue or commercial outcomes
• platform approval or acceptance
• technical implementation success
• accuracy or completeness of AI-assisted outputs

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, implementing, or relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses arising from the use of the portal, tools, products, services, or any outputs generated by them.

HerEdge tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. HerEdge does not store full card details.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products and tools, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Third-Party Platforms & Providers

HerEdge tools may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including AI providers, no-code tools, email providers, hosting providers, and payment processors such as Stripe.

HerEdge is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party services, their policies, pricing, availability, or changes to their functionality.

Availability & Changes

HerEdge may update, modify, pause, or remove products, tools, or functionality at any time.

These Terms may be updated to reflect new tools, services, or legal requirements. The most current version applies to your use of HerEdge.
